Fig and Hazelnut Chews

570 g Figs, Whole, Dried and Sliced into Quarters
225 g Sliced Almonds, Salted and Toasted
100 g Nutella Hazelnut Spread
Peter’s® LenoirTM Semisweet Chocolate
  1. Using a food processor, grind fig pieces and almonds until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add Nutella and mix to a smooth consistency.
  3. Roll out between sheets of parchment paper.
  4. Prebottom with a thin layer of tempered Peter’s® Lenoir™ semisweet chocolate.
  5. Cut into pieces and enrobe in Peter’s® LenoirTM semisweet chocolate.
