Cookie Butter Meltaways

1400 g Peter’s® Peanut Butter Flavored Icecap® Chips
700 g Cookie Butter
200 g Crisped Rice (Tiny Tots or Rice Krispies®)
2 g Fine Salt
Peter’s® MaridelTM Milk Chocolate
  1. Melt together Peter’s® Peanut Butter Flavored Icecap® Chips, cookie butter, crisped rice and salt.
  2. Mix well and slab onto a 12”x12” frame.
  3. Allow to cool and get firm.
  4. When firm, cut into 1” squares.
  5. Coat pieces with Peter’s® Maridel™ milk chocolate.
