Cranberry Oat Almond Bark
1 ½ lbs CambraTM Bittersweet Chocolate
1 cup Dried Cranberries, Coarsely Chopped
1 cup Roasted Almonds, Slivered
1 cup Natural Granola Cereal
- Blend 3/4 cup each of cranberries, almonds and cereal into tempered Cambra bittersweet Chocolate.
- Mix well and spread onto parchment-lined tray.
- Immediately sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup each of cranberries, almonds and cereal over the top and gently press in.
- If cut pieces are desired, cut the bark after it has started to set but before it has completely hardened.
Yield: Approx 2.5lbs (40oz)
