Cranberry Oat Almond Bark

1 ½ lbs CambraTM Bittersweet Chocolate
1 cup Dried Cranberries, Coarsely Chopped
1 cup Roasted Almonds, Slivered
1 cup Natural Granola Cereal
  1. Blend 3/4 cup each of cranberries, almonds and cereal into tempered Cambra bittersweet Chocolate.
  2. Mix well and spread onto parchment-lined tray.
  3. Immediately sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup each of cranberries, almonds and cereal over the top and gently press in.
  4. If cut pieces are desired, cut the bark after it has started to set but before it has completely hardened.
Yield: Approx 2.5lbs (40oz)
