1000 g Peter’s® GibraltarTM Bittersweet Chocolate
200 g Amaretti Cookies, Coarsely Chopped
200 g Crystallized Ginger, Finely Sliced in Strips
- Blend chopped cookies with Peter’s® GibraltarTM bittersweet chocolate.
- Spread on parchment paper.
- Before chocolate hardens, press sliced ginger into the top of the bark.
- Score in 2 inch squares before bark fully hardens.
