Bourbon Balls

22 oz Vanilla Wafer Crumbs, finely ground
12 oz Peter’s® Broc® Milk Chocolate, melted
4 oz Corn Syrup, warmed to approx. 120⁰F
8 oz Bourbon
3 lbs (approx.) Peter’s® Original™ White Chocolate

Blend all ingredients together to form a soft dough. Portion with #100 scoop and form into balls. Enrobe with Original White Chocolate.
