1400g Peter’s® Peanut Butter Flavored Icecap® Chips
700g Cookie Butter
200g Crisped Rice (Tiny Tots or Rice Krispies®)
2g Fine Salt
Peter’s® MaridelTM Milk Chocolate
- Melt together Peter’s Peanut Butter Flavored Icecap Chips, cookie butter, crisped rice and salt.
- Mix well and slab onto a 12”x12” frame.
- Allow to cool and get firm.
- When firm, cut into 1” squares.
- Coat pieces with Peter’s Maridel milk chocolate.
