100   Small roasted and salted almonds, whole
100   Roasted and salted pistachios
100   Dried jumbo cranberries
100   Dried apricot pieces

Deposit disc with 1 " diameter of tempered Peter's® Newport™ semisweet chocolate onto parchment paper. Before chocolate sets, arrange an almond, pistachio, cranberry and apricot piece on top of each disc.
