Fig & Hazelnut Chew

570 g   Figs, whole, dried and sliced into quarters
225 g   Sliced almonds, salted and toasted
100 g   Chocolate hazelnut spread
    Peter's® Lenoir semisweet chocolate

Using a food processor, grind fig pieces and almonds until coarsely ground. Add chocolate hazelnut spread and mix to a smooth consistency. Roll out between sheets of parchment paper and prebottom with a thin layer of tempered Peter's® Lenoir semisweet chocolate. Cut into pieces and enrobe in Peter's® Lenoir semisweet chocolate.

Yield: 60 chews
