Specially roasted beans provide a strong chocolate flavor.
         
Viking®   D 165°
A full roast chocolate, used when a mild semisweet flavor is desired. Preferred by bakers.
         
Lenoir™   D 115°
A robust semisweet chocolate with fudgy and fruity flavor notes and made with vanilla.
         
Monogram®   D 140°
A full dark roast chocolate with fruity and smoky overtones. An excellent match with cordial cherries.
         
Burgundy®   D 115°

Our most popular semisweet chocolate. Has a reddish cast and a fruity, winey flavor note.
